Posted this picture on FB and had over 30 messages in a matter of a couple hours. I had to start asking for a 5 dollar deposit just to get an accurate list of who really wanted them. In less than 18 hours i had deposits for all of the ones im selling except the 2 im keeping...... And 2 i saved to offer up here. ;) I got people asking me to run a 2nd batch too. I really like the design personally but i was amazed at the response it got. Some people way more talented than me wants something im creating, and are willing to PAY for it???... Thats just an amazing feeling.

Congrats WW! And put me down for one! That is awesome! I was a little surprised when I saw that you'd already gone orange. Let me know where to send the $$$.
 
You look good in orange, WW! Congratulations. And that mini-hawk is a sweet design.....I'm not surprised people want them and are willing to pay for them.
 
Mornin' JT, CBear. JT those pictures you posted look amazing. The first one looks like a post card or a painting.

I keep hearing that it's going to be a tough winter. I'm hoping it doesn't get too bad. We can't handle more than about an inch of snow and even less of the ice we usually get. Texans ain't made for that stuff. :D

Uhhh, head....hurt......much beer last night........Damn you Murph!........ aspirin and coffee for breakfast.. no rest for the wicked, out to the shop I go.............(knuckles draggin)

I'm feeling pretty damned good actually. I've got the coffee pot going and already downed an apple and some bacon.

What the heck? When did you go orange WW? Are you making those little pocket axe thingies? Is that a bottle opener under the face of the axe?

Yeah, but who made the bacon? In my house the ONLY way I get to have bacon is if I turn on the stove and wait for a 1/2 hour while it cooks. Usually halfway through my iced coffee by then, and if my head did hurt, food isn't ready yet. Still gotta make the pancakes. Sucks being the chief cook on Sunday mornings. My spouse can fend for herself for all I care, but I don't wanna starve the girls of their bacon rations.

This... If not, it might be worth tweaking the design just a bit on the next run. :cool:

I like iced coffee, but too much work for me. Oh hell, I made the bacon, the woman is at her mother's this weekend. Hey, I think I figured out why my morning is going so well.

They do play, once you click on them. What are you guys doing in those videos? It just looks like a plain piece of bar stock that you are quenching. What is it for?

Heating the oil is my guess.... But who knows. Fireballs are fun.


OK... Just watched video. I think that beats lighting the emberlit in the shop and boiling water.
