For what it’s worth, I just did business with DaKCbeast a few days ago, bought a Microtech Socom Auto. Everything went smoothly and was accurately described.

The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is ready to order! See this thread for details:
https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/bladeforums-2024-traditional-knife.2003187/
Price is $300 $250 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
This.I've seen you offer and retract a refund several times in this thread. The last refund offer was conditional on USPS refunding you which we both know they will not because there is zero evidence anything happened to the package while in their care.
You've said you'd refund. You've said you're done with this thread. You've said a ton of stuff in this thread and not a bit of it makes you look innocent. You want to prove something? Do what you said. Immediately refund the seller and stop posting in this thread. Everyone, most importantly you, would be better off if you just do what you said you would.
He apologizes for trying to steal from me by sending me a knife that was tore up and I'll send him $100 just as you asked.This.
And please feel free to let us know when you keep your word by doing so.
It would be refreshing to see some semblance of reasonable closure to this train wreck.
(Both parties need to do better in future...especially if they intend to have one here.)
ugh.He apologizes for trying to steal from me by sending me a knife that was tore up and I'll send him $100 just as you asked.
He's yet to admit that he knows the difference between LNIB and used, carried and sharpened.. and that he lied on purpose to sell the knife and possibly get it off in that condition. Although, his original for sale post and his reply to my message prove that he did what he did intentionally.
He can do it in private or publicly. I'll be waiting. Fare well!
If it actuated while up there, that would be a hell of a story for the ER doctor.I don't know if I would want the knife returned after stating it was shoved up his rumpus.

Probably pretty crappy action. If it actuated while up there, that would be a hell of a story for the ER doctor.
If you have video, that is indeed worth $200 to somebody.21st and Brooklyn from a black man whore that confused me at first with long hair and a shaven face. We smoked work all night long. I needed another hit, so I traded my ass for that lighter and another rock. That lighter sir is worth every bit of $200
I have a deal pending with him at the moment. There has been a hiccup, but I’m giving the guy the benefit of the doubt. He has not had any issues outside of this one in 37 transactions. He has communicated well to this point. Hopefully everything will turn out,For what it’s worth, I just did business with DaKCbeast a few days ago, bought a Microtech Socom Auto. Myself and other mods have been advised earlier today, for what it's worth, by another member who can choose to post if he or she wishes, that a knife which was marked delivered by the USPS was never received by the buyer. That said, the member never advised DaKCbeast of his or her non-receipt of the knife, and I don't know whether any remedy was sought via the USPS. (There is also no way of demonstrating how this may have been the seller's fault, to my mind.)I have a deal pending with him at the moment. Glad I know that now before I ever do a deal with you.
(I jest, in case that's not clear.)
Well I’m pretty sure a box weighing only 5 oz is pretty dam close to as proof that exists. Knife only and box alone are gonna be over that.
It was in fantastic condition. He’s seems pissed that for 200 bucks it wasn’t a nib 300 knife. I don’t think anyone here would have had an issue with it. Also had it cross posted and if returned someone else another group was ready to purchase and this little mark on breaker was noted and he said ok no big deal. Dak isn’t accurately describing it, it 100 percent wasn’t all torn up. I think the words and lack of current action speak for itself. At this point I guess I’m at a loss and unfortunately not getting much anything from mods.I keep seeing this guy write that the knife was torn up. But the pictures from the sale thread shows a knife in good condition.
Also a lesson to be learned here. Stop trying to “sell” your used knives. No sugar coating. List everything truthfully. Post pictures of any damage even the smallest. If it’s like new but not NIB just list it as used and let the pictures sell the knife.
We have been over this. It doesn’t matter if you sold it for $20, if you call a used knife “LNIB”, you’re going to piss people off. Neither one of you is blameless here. Used is “used”, not “like new in the box”. You sharpen it? It’s “used”, and people want to know that. Some people don’t buy knives members have sharpened because so many screw it up b/c they’re amateurs. It was in fantastic condition. He’s seems pissed that for 200 bucks it wasn’t a nib 300 knife. I get that. However this wasn’t beat up in any way. I only do guided systems when I sharpen and was probably better than factory. I even have done custom mods for people and frequent do tip up mods on socoms often for free because I’m nice like that. Pulling one over on someone isn’t my jam. And you sir also seem more stuck on it than Dak. Yet meanwhile he keeps a knife and cash lets not forget that. I’m not denying could or should have described it better for God’s sake I’m admitted that shit already earlier. I stated should have described it better but let’s keep beating the dead horse about my description and not the essential theft of knife and cash from someone that was very quickly and naively refunded to an unhappy buyer. We have been over this. This all could’ve been avoided if you had a more accurate description honestly.I get that. However this wasn’t beat up in any way. Wow. Your more or less boasting his actions of keeping it. But continue please whooping the shit out of this long dead horse. This all could’ve been avoided if you had a more accurate description honestly.
You’re clearly trying to get forum members to gang up and help you bash the other guy. You both f**ked this up. Case closed.Wow. Your more or less boasting his actions of keeping it. But continue please whooping the shit out of this long dead horse.
Situation could have been avoided if buyer said "I'm not happy with the condition it arrived in, I would like to send it back" and then actually ship it back. This all could’ve been avoided if you had a more accurate description honestly.
Then he’s out the shipping money because someone inaccurately described the condition.Situation could have been avoided if buyer said "I'm not happy with the condition it arrived in, I would like to send it back" and then actually ship it back.
