Just saying, it appears you want to punish him for this. Which would lead people to believe you didn't return the knife. He refunded your money, which you asked him to do "no harm, no foul".

I want the truth to be known. People keep commenting that haven't read the whole post. I want people to also know that he tried to rip me off on purpose. Knew it was used and listed differently.

Bro do you have psych issues? You said ya didn’t like our pm’s prove I said ok and refunded the money, I didn’t tell ya to get bent I didn’t agree with your discontent but went along with it

Any of us that have been around awhile have had this happen to us. We get a knife that wasn't in the condition we expected. Seller returns the money, we send the knife back and walk away. Like you said "no harm, no foul". He returned your money.

And i was completely good with it however the foul is the missing knife

You don't think that this forum deserves to know that people are intentionally trying to lie about what they sell?? Do you not see that this was intentional and that he didn't care?

The foul is you trying to steal and when you got what was sent back, you got mad because you didn't really want it back. You did not immediately try to pay me back. You came back with IT WASN'T SOLD AS NEW.. IT WAS USED AND SHARPENED.. IT'S A KNIFE. Now you have it back and are angry about it. Especially after showing that you intentionally tried to deceive me.
