"Seroiusly" is seriously trying my patience.

i paid friends and family, just by habit. im usually very trusting and have never had a problem paying that way in the 12 years ive been buying through the various forums. so how long till we can get a ban on this joker?
 
Another F&F problem when are people going to learn. Everything in that thread pointed to a bad deal . You were sent a pm that the deal looked shady. And even after that you decided that protection wasn't needed and you used F&F. And like always the people burned using F&F want the mods lmao.

well, i mean when a member of a forum steals from another member then yeah, id like the mods of that forum to do something. its pretty standard practice to get rid of trouble members.
 
I'd get my money back or try to find out something more before I call for a banning. The forums should really just start banning people who use FF so these problems don't happen.

lol, victim blaming much? payment method shouldnt even be a part of this conversation. a deal is a deal regardless of payment. the only other time i was burned i made payment in a money order, the seller sold the same knife to 3 different members across 2 forums, it was ugly. never got my money or knife from that one, but the member was eventually banned.

seroiusly has 100% feedback, 4 transactions.

You made yourself a victim. This wouldn't even been a issue if you hadn't used F&F ,with goods you could have contacted PayPal and had your money returned now your out. It's the same story just a different user different knife same payment option. Hope ya get your money back and a lesson was learned but I doubt either.

It absolutely should. The payment method will determine what recourse you have should the deal go south. In this case, sending through friends and family leaves little to no recourse as what you sent to seroiusly is a gift. PayPal more than likely say that the funds cannot be reversed due to lack of product delivery as goods or services do not fall into the gift category. You could try contacting paypal and explaining the situation, or going through your credit card company if the funds came from a CC.

That still does not excuse seroiusly and he should chime in with his side.

i care less about the money aspect and more about the integrity of the forums and the members who use it.

No not at and my apologies for not adding he should be delt with also. He stole from you and you stole from PayPal by cheating them outta fees. Fees you pay for a service they provide.
 
I hate the OP seems to have been taken, and the turd seller hopefully will get some form of consequences.
But, dang dude - you buy a knife with no pics, ignore another member warning you, and despite it all you steal from paypal and use FF. Hard to understand.

You can't claim to care about integrity and willingly cheat paypal out of it's fair share. If the other guy has helped you screw yourself he should be banned. That said, you screwed yourself. I wish people would stop doing this. That would improve the integrity of this forum....

cheating paypal? fair share? there is nothing fair about paypals business practices. if youve never had a problem with them then consider yourself lucky.

Hey guys it's me. I hear you about the family sympathy deal. I am not calling for a pity party here. I have been to many specialists as I'm very sick. I can not find the mailing address for Dan Root. I will ship the knife today if I get the shipping address in time. I will send it two day. I apologize, and will have to look and see what I did wrong, I did not mean to sell to the wrong person.

its all about communication, if shipping needed to be delayed id be ok with that, as long as you messaged me. you havent logged in since right after i sent the payment, it looked suspicious. thanks for getting back to me.
