No, just some random junk. There is a lot of pine pitch over there. I'd have helped him out but I wasn't sure if his skin was delicate or not.

I've seen video of one fighting with a bull elephant !

Even so , they are in many ways very intelligent . They almost never mess with humans, unless directly provoked .

My camera/photography skills are poor, to say the least - but I was hiking yesterday and came across this glacial pond. I really enjoyed to lack of biting bugs - and it was due to what you can
not really see here lol. This pond was ablaze in band-winged meadowhawks - with the males the same cherry red as the blade. As a side note - this species of dragonfly as a 97% sucess rate while hunting and the males aren't really territorial so you'll see bunches of them but no dog-fights over the ladies.

here's bird i named dart, as someone shot him with a blow dart. ive tried many times to catch him and remove it but hes fast and his beak is an evil weapon..... anyways hes laying in the cooler dirt thats under the shade cooling himself......

I gave up trying. hes still able to fly to treetops to nest down for the night and fast on the ground. eats fine. seems fine enough.....if i thought he was suffering id be more inclined to keep trying and get pecked to death, but he doesnt seem to care.....

its loud and obnoxious when theyre scared and warning other birds.....they also when calm do a purring type noise........and various other chirps and noises that mean different things.

There was one down the road from my place, years ago, that would quite enjoy stopping traffic. I missed the sweet side (actually, I "missed" every side lol)

Photos and even video could always lie , but now with AI , it will be ever easier to do... and harder to sort out .

Yeah , does look kinda fake ; and , I can't think of any good reason for a badger vs elephant fight, in the first place .
