Thanks! Since it was sunny out, I decided to use as much light as possible. The lighting in my house is terrible. I am thinking of building a photo box and just putting it in the spare room for better pics. Nowhere near your level of pics though! :thumbup:

Dude, the pics are nice, great even, don't get me wrong. But I can look at those pictured (and some others) live and in person at tome ('cept for the one with CPM154 blade, or at least I think that's what it is) :p And if I'm in a mood I may even take one with me, to knifesturbate watching a movie :D

In short. At that particular moment, shock from seeing those prices overwhelmed me enough, that I only noticed the pic this time around :p
 
Nice new additions Jim. I just got a new 1670BRNZDP and 1670BRNSG2 in the mail today. More than I really should have spent on them but it seems you come across them you have to snag them before someone else does right now.

Where'd you come across the gray? I haven't seen any run numbers for those but of all the colors I've seen the LEAST of the gray models. There was one that popped up on the bay a week or so ago used that I should have snagged but didn't.
 
I was watching those blues too. Ya I do believe it is someone on here who has bought them all & the S60V non-blem :grumpy: I think we need to have an intervention so some others can get them selves some Blue Blurs to love. I know after I got myself a few Blue's my life got better.

jimw451 - Those are some nice pics of some great Blurs. Keep it up, you got the Gray S30V... I've been wanting one of them :thumbup:

Yeah it's strange that somehow by getting the Blues, I think it would make me feel better too *signature blues riff followed by Kershaw Blur Blues lyrics in background*. The ones I have gotten lately I must say have all been a product of want-to-buy posts that generous folks have responded to. Thanks (again) to all that have responded and helped me out, if you just happen to read this. :)
 
Well I gave in and got the Tanto Blur.

I'm not a huge fan of serrations, but I really wanted a tanto because my collection was lacking.

I do believe that would be the "other" mythical Blur (besides the purple), the gray tanto/no serrations. Believe there was another picture of one a few pages back.

Purple is not "mythical", I'm looking at it's box as I type this ;)
 
I know it was a limited run back in 2003 and 8 years is a long time, but where are the others from this run? In three years mine is the only one that surfaced AFAIK.
 
I thought I saw Thomas mention somewhere that it wasn't even really a "run" per-se, it was just a few knives that were never "officially" released to the public. I think there were less of those made than the non-blem S60V knives. One way or another you are one LMF! :D
 
Well, maybe not for long. Somebody made me a very tempting offer via email. If my conditions are met it'll have a new owner soon enough...
 
As I wait patiently for the New Snap-On Blurs and other rarities, I went ahead and purchased the new glass breaker Blur 1670GBST

Where'd you find it Jim? Think I've only seen it on about one site so far. Figured these would be pretty available all over but I haven't seen much of them yet. Think somebody in the first part of this thread made their own (Rescue handle/black blade) before Kershaw even said they were going to be making them this year.
