Show Your Patina, Forced, Earned, or Accidental

I have owned this Ulster scout for over 50 years, and it is still working hard every week.
No fruit or animals have been harmed in the formation of this patina! ;)

I think 50 years of use is worth

This is not a entry, I enjoy the Picts and wanted to put 1 up thanks

Thanks for the props, Jack, it's a good scout. I forced this one with hot coffee grounds. The dark blades look great against the light burnt bone.

This roughly 80 year old Robeson has a naturally earned patina.

Just did this one (BlackJack M-125 Heavy Hunter) - looks better in person:

It looks like I'm going to have 3 categories of winners, one for naturally occurring patinas, artificially forced upon patinas, and totally older then dirt, mistreated, and neglected knives, such as the one above me owned by Black Jack.

Here is one I posted a while back, it was great grandfathers knife and given to me for my birthday this year. Made by Kastor Bros 1905-1914.

Thanks!!! That knife is very special to me and it has been along for so many fun trips, adventures, hikes, bike rides… It will always be a favorite of mine too.

I really like that Case of yours. You can tell your taking care to get a nice even patina.

 This knife of yours is one of my favorites on bladeforums.
