Here's two small blades I cranked out yesterday and edge quenched today, one pic is fresh from the quench (bottom) the other is with a little clean up. I made these two small blades up for my 2 kids to use this summer on our camping trips, hopefully they work well. This is only my second try at making blades so show some mercy please

Here's some of my Favorites right now...
A very nice Al Alexander with a 3" blade...Ive had this one for a while, and it is a keeper.
My new Aurora, one of 2 that I own..I love this design
My heavily Modified Bravo1..I removed the thumb ramp, sanded the handle, and grooved the handle..I used this knife today..awesome!
Wright& Son..O1 tool steel from GreatBritian..one of my favorite knives of all time...a great design and wood carving devil.
My Fallkniven H1..I own an F1 as well, but IMO this is the better of the 2..I did some batoning with it today..fantastic knife.
CS SRK, Tough, Cheap, and functional..BUSSE BATAC, TOUGHER, NOT cheap, and functional.
Group shot in sheaths..I have to mention that the sheath on the H1 is fantastic.
My Scandis, I sold a couple of these, its an old pic...great knives.
Fallkniven F1..I will be selling this guy soon..great knife, but the handle is to small for my hamhawks.

It came with the Brit knife..I didn't like the fit, and bought a JRE for the woodslore patern, and the Bravo1 fit perfectly...worked out good! You can buy them on Ebay...without the knife.

Here it is with some familiar knives for size reference. It's a dang great little knife!
ALthough its not mine, here's one I made for the Christmas knife exchange. It belongs to forum member Docdredd now. IIRC the blade is a bit under 4 inches.

Vance, what do you think of the Active duty as a Bushcraft knife? I have been eyeing them. The Cultelus for that matter??

That Wright & Son is timeless...
I think a well designed small fixed blade is the pinnacle in cutlery. They can do many things well and at the same time make for ease/inconspicuous carry.

Nice blades there Myal. The first one looks like a damascus sharpfinger. I like that small fat boy knife in the middle. Plus I never seen an okapi with saw teeth like that-nice
