Show your small fixed blades

Here is a really nice handmade knife from MI UP - the Northwoods Knife C. Gladstone Drop Point Hunter (D2/cocobolo), shown with a Bark River Fox River, also an excellent knife from that area:

I guess my favorite smaller knife is the Bark River Huntsman, shown earlier by a first page poster. Below you'll see it and a Nuwai/River Rock TM-311X LED 2xAAA flash light with a KSF pocket leather holster. The comb fits my cargo pants front pockets quite well - great day-hike companion.

Looking at BRs website, it looks like that sheath is sort of a one size fits alot of small knives. Do you think it would work with a Rat 3?

i think that the rat 3 would be too wide...

you can check the www.knivesshipfree.com maybe they have some specs on it..... derrick also sells RAT knives, so he could probably even check for you....

A few of mine... All of these have been carried and used extensively.

Okay, here is my collection of fixed blades of less than 4" actual cutting edge, decreasing from L-R:

IMG_0487_edited.jpg

That is, from L-R, a Buck #192 Vanguard, Buck #102BR Woodsman, Benchmade #201 Activator+, Marbles 1907 Dall Deweese Commemorative, Northwoods Gladstone Drop Point, Marbles Trailcraft, Bark River Huntsman, and Bark River '07 T.U.S.K.. The Bucks are SS, the others are all CS.

I am liking that traditional Marbles stacked leather. :D

These are all 3" and under blades.

Dozier Strait Personal D2, my favorite all rounder. It has a high hollow grind, a point, a little belly, and a straight edge all in under a 3" blade.
Krein TK 4 Mini Bowie D2, too pretty to use so far
Krein Dogfish S30V, my favorite necker. Flat, light, sharp as sh*t, and a bottle opener. :D
Allan two finger knife (bought this for the wife's purse but it is too small to be of any good for much of anything, went with a pink handled BRKT mini )

Here's my favorite. I made this out of O-1 tool steel and coated it with green and black KG Gun-kote. I use a small Tek-Lok on the kydex sheath to attach it to the shoulder strap of my backpack.

Don't worry about the Allen not being good for anything- I'll just take it off of your hands so you don't have it sitting around asking to do work;)

Some of my mini fixed blades:

From the top: Bark River Lil' Bird and trout, Aitor Survival, Bruselleto puuko, CRKT Fixed Falcon, TOPS Hoffman Harpoon, Timberline Mini-Pitbull, Cold Steel Pendleton Mini-Hunter.
I have more neckers but the ones shown are more woods friendly.
