I knew your karma wasn't that good! T.M.Hunt Yuma?? Tradwater????? Naw, probably a Magua. I got one of those already. And yes it is FANTASTIC!!!

People tend to change their minds when they figure out your trading in hopes and dreams... That or organs, i know, i have tried trading both in the past...

Never works out for some reason.

Just noticed bigghoss took over starting my snark thread, haha.

Thanks guys, feeling pretty rough right now. So I'm resting on the couch until I go to the doctor later. Dont worry though, I am in good hands. The T.M.Hunt medical team is laying with me to ensure my full recovery, lol.

I'm liking this thing. My new grinder. 2x72 2 hp variable speed.

It took me about a hour to assemble. It came in 4 boxes. Man this thing is heavy. I would guess it at 200 lbs. Got some more accessories coming for it. A 8in contact wheel, a small wheel attachment, more tooling arms and a ceramic platen. That ought to do me.;)

so, what is that?

not a KMG?

...it just goes way too fast...

You'll get used to it. Or not. Only one way to find out :D

As for converting the Craftsman... it is what it is, and you can't drink whiskey from a bottle of wine. It's pretty easy to set it up to run 2x72 belts, but other than that, if you want to get into variable speed and whatnot, the general consensus is you're better off building one from the ground up with a stronger motor. You definitely don't want to just put a variable switch on it... that's not going to end well.

So this is my son's first year in the scouts. (Hes a tiger) I am gonna be co-den leader with another father. My new job hours prevent me from fully committing. I wanted to get the boys started on some kits so I sent out a few emails to companies. I've gotten a few responses declining, but Ryan from Grabber tossed 15 new space blankets in a box and sent them out immediately. I told him id get some consent from parents, take some photos of the kids setting up their shelters (no face shots) and send them to him for marketing purposes and he seemed like he was more grateful than me.....overall it was a pleasure dealing with him and i hope to get him more business.

Brett Matthews' Esteem 2x72 grinder. Looks awesome.

I think ill get use to it, its not like i learned on something slower and now im trying to work on something way faster. Its my only point of reference, just have to take my time with my training wheels on. Im in no rush to become a master at it. Slow and steady wins the race. Ill get it down.

And... You cant turn a hooker to a house wife either, despite what happened in Pretty Woman....

In the army a buddy of mine fell for a stripper... We warned this guy a million times not to bother with her, but he really thought she was in love with him... Then we find out there were at least 4 other soldiers that thought the same exact thing... And she turned out to be married  Her husband knew what was going on and was cool with it UNTIL my buddy found out where she lived... I have NO idea how a man can be OK with their wife sleeping with another man, much less sleeping with LOTS of other men... I dont care how much money she is bringing home. And another thing the "No "loving" in the champagne room" obviously doesnt apply to EVERY strip club near a military base.....

Wait what are we talking about again??? :D

Thats awesome bud!!

Pretty sure it's my very mild lactose intolerance combined with the cheese-like substance Sonic puts on what I ate for breakfast.

I did who in the what now?

You have the first post in this snark thread. Even though Dubs started it off.

Hope your feeling better soon.

If your lactose issues are mild, than you are just lactose sensitive and not intolerant....fyi

Yep, im sensitive to lactose. Really it just depends on how much lactose i eat or drink. 1 glass of milk im fine, a gallon of ice cream and then an entire block of cheese.... not so much. :D Thats probably the same for LOTS of people though HAHA

Right on. The good news is, if you develop a light touch on a fast machine that doesn't track very well, whenever you get around to working on a more easily-controlled, more accurate machine, it's gonna feel like trading in a beat-up old jalopy for a fine luxury/sports sedan :)

I hate waking up to bad moods.

I woke up in a great mood... but I have a lot hand-sanding to do today, so I'm sure that will change. Probably should just take a couple Advils before I even start.

Some mornings I wake up grumpy; other mornings I let her sleep in :D
