*lol*
and that, right there, is why America (USA) has an obesity problem. 'Cereal' became 'sugar-based'. Used to be whole grains, nuts, seeds.
I like Sriracha, the duct tape of food. I've been known to put it on salad.
Also, Thai sweet chile sauce - yowsa! love me summa that. And plenty of wasabi with my sushi, please.
Tabasco has a very high vinegar content. There are times when that is appropriate, and I like it for that.
Lmao that definetly helps the problem
Im just as much a greek as i am an american and i weigh under 150 so im not worried about a little sugar but i see your point. I really feel the obesity comes from parents letting there children sit at the tv or computer all day playing video games and not doing any type of chores or yard work and just eating away there boredom and people not getting a job until there 20 and then they look for that cushion seated office job..... I take my daughter (6 years old) to school and pick her up every day and its about a mile away and we jog both ways. me and my son (he is 4) work out daily together and do cadio he knows how to use the bowflex and hit the reflex bag, he can even do some on the speed bag but i have to pull him a chair up. obesity is not a problem in this household.

I love me alot of wasabi with my sushi! but its a different type of spicy.
