today was a good day, I received my knife from moose as well as my very first Creekster in the mail today.. these too are curly maple with a little history, the block I have was kiln dried 30 yrs ago and my wife's late stepfather was going to make some gun stocks... I inherited them and each knife I put them on is a little special to me in its own way...

the old Creekster was sold to an LEO in Cali and claimed he carried it on duty for about a year when he then sold it to the guy I got it back from, a little nostalgic to me and have no intentions on selling it..

big difference in the two as the challenge knife is a newer design in which I thought improved the knife a little...

Really, now that I think about it, we could have 2 dedicated Remora threads. One for the China made version, and one for the US made version. That way, we could up the dedicated threads even more.

Really, now that I think about it, we could have 2 dedicated Remora threads. One for the China made version, and one for the US made version. That way, we could up the dedicated threads even more.

What we need is a dedicated thread for every era of every model of becker. So a dedicated thread just for Cammillus BK9's, "second gen" KB BK7's and so on.

And they should all be stickied.

While we're at it we should separate modded from unmodded. If we don't have a dedicated thread just for blackjack BK2's with homemade micharta scales ONLY, then why bother?
