today was a good day, I received my knife from moose as well as my very first Creekster in the mail today.. these too are curly maple with a little history, the block I have was kiln dried 30 yrs ago and my wife's late stepfather was going to make some gun stocks... I inherited them and each knife I put them on is a little special to me in its own way...
the old Creekster was sold to an LEO in Cali and claimed he carried it on duty for about a year when he then sold it to the guy I got it back from, a little nostalgic to me and have no intentions on selling it..
big difference in the two as the challenge knife is a newer design in which I thought improved the knife a little...
