Oh, Man..... I must have had some good karma coming. My favorite Cajun restaurant loaded my order up today. I already put the hurt on the crawfish etouffee, but I think I might have the rest of my Jambalaya for lunch tomorrow too.

Once saw one of my neighbors beating a hatchet through a log with a hammer in an attempt to split a log... I asked him if he wanted an actual axe to split it and he said no he liked to do it this way. Came out later to see the hatchet head smashed up horrible and broken from the handle stuck in the log.... lol

I see somebody failed beginning physics class in high school.

Mr. Hunt, I am in awe of your diplomacy.

A couple Xmas eating pics, including me carving a goose:

Looks damn good, daizee.

That puppy is going to be a great addition to your family, Todd.

Failed every common sense test in life as well.
Which serves to prove that sense is never common....There was just so much wrong with that post that I, like C-Bear, chose to comment only to myself. In a way, I gotta feel sorry for a guy who's been a forum member since 2009 and decided to post this as his first....another grave error in judgement.

Took a cue from Guyon and had breakfast for lunch. Hashbrowns with chorizo and onions, topped with shredded cheddar, eggs and sriracha. It was a very happy meal despite the red eyes caused by the sriracha.

Goose, the other dark meat.

It sure is. Not a lick of white meat on the bird, which is great. Though the legs were still much moister ("moister"?) than the breast.

That looks delish....whatcha carvin' it with?

This guy. ~0.115" 1095, which after a thanksgiving ham and christmas turkey now has a nice patina going (pre-meat shot):

Nice goose, daizee. Did Murph give it to you?

Naw, Ray, I don't take pictures when Murph gooses me. That's strictly an offline activity.
