Not yet but I plan on it. I'm also going to strip it, refinish the handle (possibly shorten it a little), do a cord wrap of sorts, and sharpen the bejesus out of it. It came pretty dull. Then I'm gonna chuck it at some stumps and dead trees!

TBH, I'll probably end up with a pack a bit larger than I need. You don't have to fill a pack up, just because you have the room for it. Nice to have the extra if you do need it though.

Nothing, if that's what you like. I personally don't think I could stand a pack in front like that. I had a sling pack, that you could swing around to the front, drove me nuts. Gave it to my wife, and she loves it.

I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but as one of my other hobbies I have an aquarium in my living room. I just went to add some water to the tank and clean it a little and my heater quit working........its supposed to be around 78-80 degrees and is closer to 68 right now. Poor little buggers must me freezing their fins off. I always meant to put a second heater it there, but just never got to it. I'm slowly trying to warm it back up and am crossing my fingers that I don't lose any fish. Right now the youngest fish I have is around 4.5 years old and my oldest must be getting close to 6, so it would suck to lose them. They are all still alive right now, but chances are pretty good that I'm going to lose some.

that's a suckful thing...

i think i had a friend do a trick with hot (not boiling) water in double plastic bags and floating those in the tank until they could get a new heater.

maybe a heating pad too :)

Well, I wasn't gonna say anything, but you guys gotta see this. Today is my Birthday. I'm 39. Yeah, big deal. Another day older and deeper in dept. However, the wife and kids constructed this cool cake you gotta check out. I'm pretty impressed. The colors even are ones we are considering for t-shirts. Pretty cool I thought.
