Are those going to be a factory item? It would really resolve the handle issues with those blades.
Not too hard to do that to the stock ones if have access to a machine or two.

(obviously I like them, they're close to what you'd get if you crossed my hunter with my hiker model).

I love it. I may sell two of my ESEE 3's to get those. Sans choils, they look a little like that DC-6 that ESEE is supposed to produce.
I have a 5" Busse that is very similar in shape. It had horrible scales that I sanded down, and Garth at Busse was nice enough to retube them for me.

Got a new smoker before Thanksgiving and cooked a chicken as a trial, then smoked a turkey breast for Thanksgiving. So-so results for the poultry, but just did some St Louis style ribs and pork steaks this afternoon that came out great. I used applewood dry rub and smoked them with apple and hickory chips. Finished them the last half hour with Stubbs sauce.
