Have fun ww, I'm taking my boy out camping for a few daysnext week. Hopefully we can have a fire, its pretty dry out here right now

We are suppose to get some rain... But this time of year it says that EVERY weekend so im not letting that stop me. This will be my last trip out before the move so im ready to enjoy it come rain or shine!!

Wife's cousin and her son are coming as well. They have never been camping. Never slept outside. Should be interesting LOL

Can't go wrong with any of those blades.:thumbup: Got a rodent 7 the other day I'm pretty impressed with. Gotta fix the edge first before I can use.

You sleeping in tents or in a camper? What do you plan on doing out there?

Also supposed to rain/thunder storm ALL weekend here. Will probably go fishing with my dad but he's a busy bastard running around constantly and with the weather who knows if its happening. Got him a descent backpack and a Benchmade Molle sheath for the BM 551 I got him for Xmas. Said he wouldn't carry it cause he didn't want to lose it and didn't trust the clip. I'm sure the sheath will feel more secure for him, it does for me also and not have to deal with added pocket bulk. Benchmade Molle sheaths are the best factory sheaths for folders. Have one on my belt every day. What folders I carry now revolve around weither they"ll fit into a large or small Molle sheath well or not. Gotten rid of alot of knives just cause they didn't fit in there. I hate pocket carry. Have paracord now on my 11/24/14 sheaths as have really been doing alot of neck carry. Have a custom Kwaiken that I've been neck carrying this last week I'm digging.

Hey BTW the stickers got here yesterday brotha. Thanks again. If I end up getting a truck here soon the BH and Wood are both going on it fo sho.

Glad they made it, enjoy man!!

Does the handle hump get in the way on the 7? Its pretty hit and miss for me with the rodent series due to the handles. But I love the looks of the 7 and 9. Great steel. Knock the edge down a bit and you'll have a real performer there!!

Im swinging myself. But the wife, kids, and her cousin/kid are sharing our big tent.

Mostly just going to relax. Prolly a little drinking, a good smoke or 3, some playing with knives, big fires.. Eating. Hiking through the bush... The normal :D

I'd have to steal this from my daughter before I'd ever have a chance for that to happen.

Snag some pics of it working please! I'm itching to give it a go but haven't had a chance to try it without her knowing haha...

I don't think it does. Actually like it. Makes the hand feel more secure to me. Man this is one heavy bitch though.:D But yeah love how unbreakable it feels and just overall feels fitted to hand any grip you get on it. Gonna convex it soon and try er out. I had a Rodent 9 too but way too big/heavy/thick for me. Prefer the BK9 for sure. But this R7 I don't thin I'm parting with.

Sounds good. Going kill some brain cells tomarrow too. :DHave fun!

Next time I mess around with it I will definitely take some pics, it is an awesome tool which is why I really want to get it fixed. I'm not big on safe queens.
