So out of Norton and Mcafee which should i keep? I dont want to pay for another one... I know they might not be the best, but i havent had a virus yet... And i do a lot of questionable streaming... I plan to keep streaming questionably too LOL so i need something :D

Oh... And i have a metal allergy to most metal jewelry.... But i just seen some awesome Jord wood watches. Never seen em before but some are really nice. Not terribly priced either. Granted the buckle is still metal... Id have to ranger band that part or figure something else out... And im not in the market for a watch right now either.... Really im just sharing because i think they are awesome.

Examples....

Delete them both and go on to the Microsoft website and download Microsoft Security Essentials. It's free and works as well as the "pay to play" virus protections.

or CLAMAV. Also free and multi-platform.

Well deleting something i paid for just a couple months ago will probably not happen honestly. I just got mcafee a couple months ago, then the ISP added free norton. Thats why i was asking one or the other. Since im not having problems with the ones on here now, i would like to keep well enough alone.

Now when my year runs out or whatever, then ill go with the free windows one!!

Before i had a bunch of warning messages when streaming from questionable places. With Mcafee and adblock i never have any issues. Granted the free ones likely do the same thing, maybe even better ?? that would be a first though, but for my uses i havent had a single problem until now that i have 2 running at the same time.

Oh. Im really digging the new show "Complications" too. I like "Dark Matter" more than "Killjoys", and the "Astronaut wife club" is kind of catching my attention a bit as well. I like the old feel of it and the different view it shows. Under the dome and the last ship will be back SOON too. Lining up for some half decent summer TV. Seems like new shows have been coming out left and right.

Interesting time pieces WW. I like the middle row, far left one :D

I like em too :D

Some nicer ones on their website. Look all to be under 300. Impressive pieces at those prices IMO.

I like the complex designs to look at, but for one id actually like to wear... Id love this one. ""FIELDCREST SERIES Zebrawood & Maple" <- check site. Pics were HUGE. Different views and all on site though. $120 makes it very reasonable too.

They are not intended to be submerged in water or anything... So that makes them a little less appealing. Only because id be worried to wear it fishing and stuff... But this one has definitely hit the.... "If/When i buy a watch list" in the top 2... The only other one i have been considering is a Seiko 5. This blows that out the water for looks though. Not that i was picking the seiko for looks... I just dont carry a cell phone anymore, so i need something to tell time other than sundials and indian voodoo -snark.

May end up with a pocket watch. But these wood watches are amazing.

Another vote for CLAMAV. Been using it for ages.

Ill have to check that out when the times comes! Never heard of it either.

Do you have the same kinda reactions to plastics?

You can always get one of those nice ones for special occasions and something Casio G-shock series for every day. I love my Pro-Trek  always nice to confirm the crappy feeling in my joints with the barometric pressure readings on my watch :D I check a few times a day when they they predict crappy weather to know when to take my ibuprofen haha.

No im fine with plastics. Sterling silver, or anything with a nickel in it causes rashes though. Maybe other metals too, but those i know for sure. Even a metal belt buckle of even the metal button on jeans can give me a red area if they touch direct skin for several hours. But the buttons are not a problem most the time unless im free-ballin :D

Im just not a fan of the looks of the g-shock and similar watches. A few months back (maybe more?) we talked about them here. Then I went to a couple stores and tried some on. No problems with how they feel or how they function... Just not my style looks wise. I almost grabbed one though, just to have a timepiece. My wife likes them, she wears one similar herself (baby-G) I just cant get into them personally.

Would make things easier though. They seem to have a million and seventy different designs.

Terrio Mango.

That's how my brother is, he had to get a belt with a plastic belt buckle. One of the things he did though was coat the metal on his pants and belts in clear nail polish and that seemed to help

Sweet looking paring knife :D

I used my 11 at work the other week to cut one up

Have you considered the pocket sundial?

I wonder how long the polish last on there? Good tip, thanks!!

Do you cringe at crosses, avoid daylight, and salivate at the sight of blood?

Well i dont cringe at crosses... The other 2 sound right though.

:D
