WW, sucks about the beard. At least your lady likes it. Last time I had a hair disaster, it was my whole head, and my wife was NOT happy. That was more or less my own fault. Was giving myself a trimmer cut, and when I was almost done, the height adjust slipped because it's a cheap POS, and I ended up with a furrow shaved along the side. Ended up with a buzz cut, which looked terrible.

Also, got paid today finally. Been a long dry spell. Finally get to go orange again. Still working on getting my shop set up again.

Hey yeah. I noticed that you were blue for a while. A few guys are actually. Can understand it though. My purse strings are starting to tighten. A lot. Yes, I have a purse. It's glorious. It matches my eyes.

Glad you got your coin owed though brother..

Thanks. I've got a purse too, of sorts. I guess it's more of a go-bag, since it's got all the emergency equipment, med kit, etc., but still. And when we hit up Renaissance Festivals, we tend to go with gold coins in purses. It's more fun that way.

Glad to get back orange though. I've got a bunch of blades planned, from some new harpoon-style fighters, to a few 3V Becker bush swords, and maybe a 3V Beckizashi... Also working on some katana-like-object designs, and making something similar to an Oakeshott type XIV for a friend. If anyone is interested in a bush sword, give me a holler before I buy steel so I know how much I need to get... Was definitely getting tight there. We were going on 2 months with no pay, and one of those months we were paying double rent, and moving across the country, which aint cheap. Glad to have some real cash flow again.

That picture is nowhere near as good as the Gunyon one.

What? I wish I would have checked them out. My Dad lives in Sulphur, LA. moved there over a year ago and I haven't made it down yet. Def another good reason to get my butt down there. Planning a New Orleans/dad visit next year.

the rains are heavy and the thunder booming

been a colder than usual Summer, but definitely wet, and no chance of drought right now

can't do the outdoor chores, and don't much feel like doing some of the inside ones :D

Sounds like its time for a drink or 6.... You have great ideas.... I'm going to pour myself a rye and dark ginger.

Still waiting on GuNyon to send me that S&S fixie up there too... Prolly hafta wait a while on that. Not the most reliable i tell ya what :p
