In other news, homeschooling is great. Got nearly all off next week's schoolwork done tonight. All I gotta worry about is playing Skyrim and going to my cousins' house later in the week.

elvis is not dead

he just went home

$300M

yeah, i could handle that

No WW let me apologize, were just from two different worlds obviously. I mean no disrespect really, I'm just honestly trying to get it..... There isn't a damn thing wrong with a gravel road and a doublewide, actually, you probably have it better than most, and if I have insulted anyone or you, then I am the one in the wrong. Seriously, I'm just curious as how there is such a huge difference. Don't want to get into politics, but it is a election year, I'm just trying to understand the difference.......

I honestly don't mean to come off as a d!ck, just really trying to see the errors of my way????????

I'm ready to move to Florida if I can live down a gravel road........... What am I missing?

Sorry for the delay, wanted to wait until i had a real keyboard to reply.

No disrespect taken brother, I love my life these days. As far as im concerned im successful and happy as hell with my living situation. I got a nice piece of property in the woods, wife and kids are happy, a great dog, sweet truck, i can go fishing when i want and i can walk outside and build a 10 foot fire any time of day i like.... I wouldnt move back to the city for a FREE 250,000 home.

But its paycheck to paycheck poor living. A good 30 minutes to a real grocery or dept store, mile and a half to pavement so your car is always dirty, have to haul your own trash to the landfill.... Even as i try and find the bad things... i dont think they are too bad, and there isnt many i can think off. But i dont need fancy.

Nothing missing really, you can get a doublewide and a couple acres under 100 grand down here. Hell under 75 if you look around. ~400-500 a month or so depending on a bunch of crap, then 500 or so in yearly taxes. All us out here own our own well and septic so only utility bill is electric, and satellite if you want it. (No cable, home phone, or home internet offered here)

If your working for yourself and having to cover all insurance im sure its going to be tough anywhere bud. That insurance can add up to the largest monthly bill by itself.

I thought Elvis was living in Argentina with Adolf Hitler... Have I been lied to?

Even Extreme Elvis is dead. Well, basically dead, he became a male feminist and is under investigation by the FBI and ICE. Seriously, Google that.

Yer wife got a sister? Cuz I ain't trying to have much if anything more than what you just described and I don't think I would want to settle down with any woman that is. Lol

Haha...WW just described my life almost. Finally ditched dial-up about 4yrs ago when Frontier took over the phone, guess Verizon and Time/Warner just don't care about us rural folks...

Tough decision. I can buy a birthday Becker today. BK5 or BK24? Had about decided on the 5 until I heard the 24 was discontinued now as well. Cant decide. Hovering over the buy button. Cant do it. Giving up and going out to lunch and mull this over. I only buy a couple knives a year so I just cant make up my mind.

Correct answer is both.

Nix, my physician wife recommends melatonin, with a minimum dose of 10mg. Helps you go to sleep, and makes the sleep that you do get much better. If you take under 10mg, you won't get any benefit. It also degrades quickly in light, so if you spend a lot of time staring at a computer screen after taking it, you won't notice any change. But if you take some, particularly the quick release stuff they sell at Costco, and just relax for a half hour or so, it helps a lot with getting some restful sleep. Works great for me. The studies also suggest you can't really OD on the stuff either. It's got a variety of health benefits.

I've never tried it before. I'll give it a shot. Thanks bud.

Happy birthday B. Mauser! How old are you? Maybe get the one closest to your age. Or both if they add up to be closer.

Elvis is not dead.

Watch this movie.

Nice day today, went to the creek for a couple hours of tailgate fishing. Love the scenery and privacy at this spot.

Ever hear of lazy cakes? I think that was the name anyway, but it was brownie with melatonin in it.... I tried one several years ago... Direction said half, I ate it all, and woke up with peanut butter on my shirt several hours later....

Makes cleanup easy that's for sure. Cooler, tackle, and all never has to move.

Didn't catch anything today though. Still enjoyed myself.
