Now I'm soaking my own peppers in vinegar and using it n salads and greens.

Hell yeah...Texas Pete has yellow peppers with a lid that has a little capped tip so you can use it like that. Friggin genious...

Yup...5 or 6 years ago got the whole set after catching it by chance on scyfy or something. Bout shat when the movie came out...really wrapped things up nicely... Cept that one part with the guy and the impale an the leaf in the wind thingy... Yeah, that didn't have to go down, but...oh well. Movies just can't have a happy ending these days I guess.
 
farscape is a good series to get into (and the movie)

and there's some other fun rides too.

If I ever see them in a store I plan on getting them, and I think my cousins have an extra Serenity DVD they said I could have when I wanted it. Anyways I figured I'd post it just in case someone didn't have it on DVD they could watch it on Netflix.

I'm watching it again because I got sick about halfway through and was in a shivering daze for most of the movie last time lol.
 
Woody - check with your county extension agent about the best times to plant different veggies in your neck of Florida. I would expect that there are a lot of them that you should be planting right now with generally warmer weather y'all have.

Also check out the Master Gardener program they offer. I'm enrolled in one right now. Ours is 17 weeks long, 4 hrs / day, 1 day a week, plus, for certification, 50 hours of community service in approved events. CE hours and CS hours every year after that to maintain certification, but it's only 10 or 12 hours of CE and 20 hours of CS. If we attend the monthly meetings, you get 1 hour of CE from the training programs. I'll get nearly 30 hours of CS just working at the county 4H fair. (You get credit for travel time, so I get to credit for 1 hour for every shift.

I'm sure the FLA one are similar.
 
Hey guys, not to ruin the mood, but this is the only place I've mentioned this. My mother is having a tumor removed from the side of her neck/base of her skull today that they just found last month. Doctors are hoping they found it early enough that they won't have to remove to much of any other stuff, but they do know she will at least lose her saliva glands on that side. If any of you guys have time to say a quick prayer for her. Me, her and my family sure would appreciate it.
