Autumn brings tasty things :D

Thanks man. Consumed practically every weekend, and many week nights. I didn't mind the work per se, but the stress of selling it before the mortgage company claimed it back. Pop took out a reverse mortgage on it. Even so, we were still able to make a little money off it. Better us to make money vs. the mortgage company.

I've been looking for a small wok for long time. Thought one would be a good general purpose outdoors cooking pan. I was looking through Temu and found one that is a little less than 9 inches diameter.
Got time to play with it today. Made some fry bread used a trangia stove for heat source. I think it's going to work out for what I want

Grizzly's new 3/4hp, 2x42 tilting head, variable speed grinder is a pretty decent value for the aspiring occasional metal Mangler.

Oh, yeah. 2x48 belts fit, and that top guard may get misplaced.
10% off MSRP through the end of the month

My forging area has a smaller footprint than that. My wood & metal working space is an 11 x 13 room in the basement - it's all about how you arrange the tools.

I've watched several vids on youtube about arranging small workshops. Lots of good ideas out there. Mostly, I'll be working on my camp stoves, carving, etc.

When I'm able, I'll get electricity, insulation, lights a/c-heat. etc.

OMG, that's ADORABLE and for that price!!!
If it used any of my existing belt sizes I'd almost buy one just because. It would be amazing to have one tool always with a platen.

Is the top-of-platen wheel a 1.5" or 2" diameter? You might be able to replace it with a rubber contact wheel. I've got a 2" contact there on my KMG.
