Snow, Snow, and more SNOW!!! Yuck!

I got over 15" since last night and its suppose to snow rest of the day. We might get 24":D

About 14" here before a switch to sleet mixed with rain, so now it's weighed down...now in a lull, but more snow inbound before it moves away.
Yuck.
At least the power is still up...hope it stays on 'cause I'd really rather avoid another half a week without heat, hot water & lights.

...Is it Spring YET????????????????????? :rolleyes::D:D
 
At least it is pretty out there. There is a snowblower here so I got lucky, didn't have to shovel. Didn't even have to clear my car off! Roxie is loving leaping and tunnelling throught it.
 
Beautiful picture, it looks so inviting there! I enjoyed getting to see SoCal, NM and AZ a few months back.

You came through when it was really dry (can't remember the last measurable rainfall) but you can see by the photo how dry it is....I cant believe its that green over there in Chaparral that the other side of the hill from Las Cruces
Are you missing "Taco Cabana" yet?!!!! :D

I love hot and dry weather! I didn't get to go to Taco Cabana :( Some day I will travel the country. My cousin is in a holding pattern right now and they have changed her to one week on, one week off, Monday and Thursday, chemo schedule. No matter what happens, I can not and will not leave the state until her battle is over. It has been very hard watching her fight, but she is a true hero. I promised her I will be there for her :)

News just showed totals during the 6pm news (so far), and my township is at the top with 16.3"...with 3-6" more coming. I dunno... :rolleyes:

We are expecting some white stuff overnight and tomorrow, left overs from your storm. Getting between 10 and 15 cm. I'm a bit north of my American brothers. I feel sorry for you guys... You sure are getting a beating this winter!!!

What we have been getting is cold temps for an unusual number of consecutive days ( -4F and under). I'm tired of this winter already. Not cause of the snow.... But the bloody cold!

Keep warm!!! ( seems like that's the rallying cry for this winter)

Around here it looks like winter is breathing its last. The ten day forecast says that the temperature is supposed to gradually increase every day. A week from today they are calling for a high of about 44°F with a bit of rain. It'll be a sloppy mess, but it'll be warm enough for driving with the windows down again :cool:

I guess I'm one of "those people" too because I actually LIKE the snow.... it's the slushy mess after it warms up that I hate!

Mid February and old man winter is saying "see ya later"??? You lucky girl! We don't expect anything like that 'till the beginning of April, sometimes last week of March...

This is what is going on now.....at least temps have gone back up....

Well it is snowing again. The roads are drifting and its still cold. I love all this white stuff but I am ready for the warm up.
