Snow, Snow, and more SNOW!!! Yuck!

Yesterday felt like a tropical heatwave, bright warm sunshine, little wind and -18. Felt like I almost need to put the airconditioner back in the window after the steady -30's we have been enjoying for weeks.
 
Sweet. Now its raining. Should make for a nice slushy mess until it all just freezes into ice again tomorrow.

Man, old man winter just won't let up this year. Today was a nice teaser though, had 51 degrees this afternoon, and it felt like summer compared to those -30 windchill days.

The electric company just finished replacing the pole that snapped and was smoldering. Nice to have the power back.

Just thinking.....it would be easier to notice an icy patch on my sidewalk if it were rainbow colored instead of the same color as my sidewalk.
I hit the ground pretty hard yesterday. One second I was happy and feeling good and in the next second I was laying on the ground wondering that the heck just happened.
Bring back summer...but not before we get up to 10 more inches this week. Sad, sad sad!!!
 
Well it was beautiful today! Beautiful meaning 30's :D I am not ready for the 8" we are supposed to be getting Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. Bring on the summer and beer! :D
 
I saw a girl in wal mart today in short shorts. It was 40 and not much warmer than that in wal mart.
 
We'll gladly take some of your snow here in San Diego county...Our local mountains just received a whopping 1/2" last night. This brings our season's total to just under 2". I have a brand new set of snow chains that I bought last year and I still haven't had the chance to use them.

I saw a couple girls walking through Wal Mart last week wearing shorts, they looked like they had just left the gym but it was not warm enough to be wearing shorts at all in my opinion.

Old man winter just won't let up. Just finished getting 8 inches of heavy snow. Now their calling for two more big storms. One Wednesday and another Saturday both with accumulating snow ! Ughhhh !
 
Once again, this winter can kiss my ars and the groundhog can suck it

Took twice as long to get home tonight, our highway department ran out of salt 3 weeks ago, they haven't touched the roads in my county, my car was bottoming out on the drifts in the road. Really wish I brought the truck today.

Hibernation mode sounds better and better

Roads are already drifting shut and they just cancelled school for tomorrow. Thats not a good sign.

I was supposed to be heading to Phoenix myself for a show in about 6 hours.......then this damn weather hit
