Snow, Snow, and more SNOW!!! Yuck!

Cold in Indiana, leave for Texas on Monday for a show, amazing, 74 degrees, shorts, t-shirt, hell I felt sweat on my back for the first time in months

Tuesday rolls around, 55 degrees

Wednesday, 40 degrees

Leave today, 28 degrees

Indiana, 3 degrees with snow on the ground

I'm over the polar vortex crap, lord help Punxsutawney Phil if the rat sees his shadow

Sorry to see what is happening with you folks with all the snow and cold. Here in Reno/Tahoe area of N. NV and CA, we are in a drought and can only dream of having some snow.

Great, -20 wind chill this morning

I think this is the first time in my life where I've experienced a 95 degree temperature swing in 5 days

Here comes another arctic blast. Whoever came up with this polar vortex thing, I am not a fan.

Garth

This winter has really been a trial, my heating bill is going to be cutting into my knife budget...:(. Low of -2 forecast for Monday, who knows how bad the wind chill will be. I can't wait until I can feel my fingers and toes again!

I had a few texts from one of my friends in Houston last night about how dangerous the roads are with ice spots and people who don't know how to drive in the wintery weather. She moved down there from up here so she knows how to drive in it, but she told me that she is terrified of how everyone in the south drives in it. Stay safe out there!

This is a problem in SE Ohio right now as well, because we have a large amount of gas and oil workers here, that are from the South. They have little experience driving in this weather, so it makes for some pretty dangerous situations on the state routes full of tanker trucks and semi's hauling heavy equipment. There have been quite a few really bad accidents so far.

Propane price has doubled around here!

Just the thought of propane prices makes me cringe. I've been lucky enough to never have to rely on propane as a source of heat. An outdoor wood furnace heats the house quite nicely. Plus it gives me an excuse to go out and play with chainsaws and knives and axes in the woods :D

Lora, you are one cool lady!!!;):thumbup:

My favorite part about winter is watching it on tv from California :D

Yay, 3.5" more inches on the ground today, that light crap that likes to drift a lot

Was watching Super Troopers last night, scene where Mac asks "You boys like Mehico?!?!". You know, Montezuma's Revenge doesn't sound half bad when you're freezing your ass off
