Sodbuster...and lots of them!

GEC will be doing another run of 71's later this year. Still, I would encourage you to get at #21.

Got an orange 71 Bullnose on its way to "The Rocks" !!! John

John, I'm pretty sure that knife had my name on it;) Where on earth did you find it?

Knife diet my sod Jr took a nice blue &purple patina, then it just went and turned grey on me. I have both the gec sods in maroon micarta, I think they are the best production sods out there.

'Tis the natural progression of things. Kind of too bad the blues and purples, tawny and golds don't stick around but a quick buff with a cotton ball and polish it can start all over again. Or just appreciate the memory and carry on.
My plan is to grab a 21 and/or 71 - the possibility of bois d'arc covers is giving me pause ;) .

I'm going to enjoy the memories. Had to look up bois d'arc, lol. I think it will be gorgeous knife. Might turn into a collector and a user if I get my hands on one.

My guess is in a fee days from now the mudbugs just made cover so I would guess in a day or so. In there what's happening they have the wood cut to size for the 21s so I would say not to much longer

I'm still hunting high and low for the Red and Natural CK SFOs. They seem to be eluding me as much as the S&M Stag soddie. I just got my hands on the Queen Stag Soddie last week.

The red and natural bullnoses will be easier to find that that S&M. I was lucky to score that one! Good luck on your searches, the Queen was good score for rare soddies!

Thanks to your hard work and relentless digital footwork I had a solid base in which to build my sodbuster collection. I've got a custom soddie on order with Fall Creek Knives as well.

I have a review thread of my Mudbug over here, but here are some pics from it if you just want some knife porn:D

There was a limited number of Mudbugs released this week. The natural micarta was the hot ticket. Luckily it was the OD Green I was after..

I was able to get on the list and lucky enough to score one of the few. It will be here tomorrow and I'm a bit more than stoked to get it. Pam said this run is nicer than the last :D.

^^^ enjoy that mudbug. I almost bought the natural paper micarta. Decided to pass - made some other purchases recently. I got the maroon micarta a few months ago - the mudbug is a great knife. I really like the thinner handle. And it locks up solid.

Wasn't sure how to get on the list for a mudbug but did score a 21 in OD green micarta. Soft spot for the OD green. :)
