Sodbuster...and lots of them!

all of my GEC 71's together so far... I'm still going to get the new release ones since they were done in a different blade steel too. The addiction is real.

Note: The Maroon Micarta is really really dark. Even with pocket time it's not lightened up much.

Ah....someone who understands me...:D I have the Orange proto and Black proto that have plain pivots but I'm missing the elusive Redneck in Black delrin to round out my collection. One day...one day... Keep em coming, love the family shots!

I'll get the other soddies together and get some pics up this week. I've still got a ton of case soddies to find. In the last 3 months I've missed out on the Shcatt and Morgan Stag soddie twice, the case light blue delrin, the green delrin, and the red delrin.

I have yet to get my hands on the protos yet, I haven't even seen them for sale anywhere. I don't think I've even seen mention of the black redneck other than through you looking for it. I'll keep my eyes open for you.

Received a red Clodbuster for my other Granddaughter' Christmas, but I'm most unhappy with it. First I payed on the bay on nov.17th, but I had to call the seller last monday to receive it at least this morning. Seller said he sent me another one, but I'm curious how he could do this as I ordered the last. But that is not the main problem. She's a lemon...
So beware if you intend to order a Clodbuster on the European bay ... You've been warned!

Here's my new additions, a black and orange delrin #71 Bull Nose. I've held off getting the delrin because they sound kind of boring compared to micarta and acrylic but these are beautiful knives and extremely well made and I might actually like them better than micarta. I was gonna designate the black to be my carrier/beater knife but I don't know if I can bare to do it...

I had to throw Ole Yeller in there too!

Thanks, Vinifera. :) I like dark chocolate, but my wife ate all of it from that tin! :(

I love the way the delrin feels. The orange is the perfect orange too!
Nice ones!

A nice artsy pic of me and Trevy's SFO hanging out like old friends...

This is one of the coolest pics I've seen here in a long time! I've been spending quite a bit of time with my Ole Yeller as well. Definitely a unique one from the last run. I can't believe there are still a few available.

I've got quite a few of these Sodbuster type knives with micarta, delrin, and composit covers in various colors. I prefer delrin and composite covers.

Very nice Ed! I particularly like the micarta bull nose. I just added one to the list. The ever increasing list. :D

Like this pattern. They all look great.

Micarta "looks" like it would feel good in the hand.

The blade steel on that little Queen "Country Cousin" is D2. It can get really sharp and makes a good slicer.
