At least I’m getting a stimulus check from it so I can buy an over priced second hand Saint Nicks PM2 from it. That thing I can guarantee will be above MSRP. If I just had 5 more seconds to get my credit card number in.

Some steels are worth an inflated price because of the performance you get.

I suppose if you love S30V, you might see some extra value in the additional stainlessness of S45VN.

Ultimately the market will decide what it thinks S45VN is worth.

No.

The Reveals are supposed to show up at dealers within 120 days of the announcement (that would be May 14th for Reveal #4) but I've seen some go past 120 days: Sage5, Siren, etc.

As of now (11am, 5/1) Knifeworks has s45vn PM2 in stock if anyone is looking to buy. $157 instead of $319 ;)

Edit: gone now. It did last couple of hours.

I am surprised that it lasted for that long. At about 11am I saw the post on the spyderco forum, which was posted at about 9am. I headed over to KW and saw it's still in stock. A few minutes later checked again and it's out of stock.
