What tool are you using to adjust the pivots?
I tried to use round nose pliers to adjust the pivot.
I took the plunge and ordered an EL-08 too.

Did you order the pivot tool with the EL-08 -- it's cheaper with the knife?
You'll like it.
Inron F&F is not even close to Enlan from the 1 knife I have.
Can it be fixed .. yes. Good thing I don't mind tinkering.
I hope so.
I reprofiled many of my budget folders because of the uneven grind lines near the tip of the blade too.

Have you compared the steel of the 8Cr (SRM/Enlan), 9Cr (EL08) abd '440C' (Navy)? Some commented Navy steel is actually 7Cr.
Does that count as a Boker "collaboration?"
