Standard (Medium) Chopper or Lightweight: Which and Why?

Im going SC. For large choppers, I currently have a Junglas and a Tops El chete. Mainly use them for breaking down fallen branches in my yard. The el chete, even with a more obtuse edge, just blows through maple limbs up to around an inch and a half. That extra mass really makes a difference. Junglas even with a thin, shaving edge is a 2-3 whacks for the same branch.
Needless to say Im greatly looking forward to seeing how the SC performs- Junglas/ chete handles flat out suck. Absolute trash, i do not beleive they were made for use by humans.
Behemother is on my all time wish list of all time for this reason. Mass (and geometry) is king

Settled on an LC. I'd love to grab one of each, but the holidays were expensive - they were going to be anyway, and then the Christmas Gremlins got hungry.

Niche-wise, I think for me this will end up more camp knife than chopper, so let's see how light works. Also when it comes to CPK I am weak and will almost certainly pick up an SC in a Friday sale at some point, assuming they become available that way.

LIf I had a job I’d get a SC. I’ve had a LC and it is light and definitely fast, but I’d feel better really beating the snot out of an SC instead.
I’m sure you can beat the snot out of a LC and it would be perfectly fine. Most people aren’t Joe X 😂 Gonna try the LC out at primary backpacking blade when camping, when it comes in of course.

Can we just make it easier and and call it the Knife formerly known as Medium Chopper?
