There was tracking and delivery. Problem is the OP got an empty box. Paypal needs proof of delivery to side with the seller, without proof they side with the buyer. An empty box, delivered can go either way so hopefully they will request the video as evidence that he was shipped an empty box and side in his favor. He will still be out his traded knife.

Just to follow up on this thread, PayPal has issued the refund for me and just waiting for it to clear but PayPal sided with me. Still no communication from him about my knife. I am aware and sadden that I will not see that knife again but if you guys see the CQC 14 with an SN #882 please let me know or the moderators know. Thank you for all your help

Still shaking my head over this one. Keep an eye out on eBay......I can't see this thief trying to sell on the forums.

Really Glad you at least Got your Funds back. Super Shi**y about not getting your Knife back. What a Scum Bag.

Yes, please do. I'd put it right there in the original post and add the missing CQC 14's serial number and year of manufacture as well for good measure.
 
Matthew Aaron Freeman. You can look him up. He's on probation with the Genesee Co, MIchigan. He just got out of prison in like April.. Dob: 4/26/86

definitely a call to his probation officer or his county prosecutors office will stir his fire a bit.
 
What an A$$, just out on probation and itching to get right back in....hope he gets his wish....

I am sure "theft" would be a violation of his probation.

It's obvious that criminal behaviour is a non-treatable disease that is 90% utter stupidity....who else would want to get this famous over a knife???
 
Heartless thief. Haven't been here very long, but long enough to know this is not representative of the forum by any means.
