Stolen Knife Alert

"Rhondi
He has yet to clearly say he received anything on the 13th. Gladly accept a statement
from him that he received a specific knife and its description on the l3th."

Hay, if that's all that is bothering you then not a problem and why didn't you ask before.

After all I agreed with that fact months ago.

Not to mention Mr Job tried to claim some "late" posting of PayPal, and that was a real stretch of creative selling, for it was an instant transfer from a proven bank account and some $25 that was in my PayPal account, all on the day the auction date closed. As others can now see the circle of poor record keeping and accounting just continues to emanating from the seller.

Yes I did receive a knife on the 13th of August, NO it was NOT the Bagwell Cable Knife.

After all you would have had to cancel the Ebay auction early for me to have bought the Bagwell Cable Knife on the date you suggest and I doubt any on this list could envision a Bagwell, any Bagwell, being sold early on an ebay auction for 225:00 USD.

"This is ridiculous... The rest of this back and forth is meaningless. Its only effect will be to assure both sides that no one here will ever deal with either of you."

Sorry fella but I purchased a knife just yesterday from another member of this list.

Seems he thougt it all a bit too much that any company/seller would act as the Jobs have.

I also want to be clear with Bladeforums policy; we DO NOT remove or delete threads or posts.

After review, there isn't anything posted in this thread that warrants editing either, so all posts will remain.

As Esav said earlier; post proof of the resolution, and move forward.

Leave the rhetoric and hyperbole out of it.

Thank you Mike.

I have sent two certified, return receipt requested letters.

One letter to a PO Box that was connected to Mr Job via the web.

A second letter, also sent to Mr Job, to a land address provided by Rhonda Job.

I will provide the results of these request.

Bill

No reply from the Jobs, one address was good and I received back my USPS receipt signed by R. Job.

No Request from any shipper or any shipper's agent on this item being delivered. It seems my dated proof of purchases cannot be disputed and I have not received any proof that the knife was shipped to me.

In short no help at all from the seller or the delivery agents they say sent the knife to me..

I am claiming ownership of this knife period.

I will provide information to all sellers, through out the world, that I can contact that this knife is stolen property and I am the rightful owner.

Thanks all.

Bill
