So he is using the card number and cvv of the stolen cards (or however he got this information)? I think you should told this to the credit card company who emited the cards which numbers were used, because in most countries (imo in all civilized countries, maybe not in Equatorial Africa countries :)) that is a crime and it should be punished.
If nothing else you can save up money to people whose credit cards are threatened to be frauded by this "Vlad"

P.S. - maybe you can try local Israeli embassy and report crime there instead of taking a trip to Israel itself
 
Funny how this scumbag appears only when someone mentions peronally talking and taking evidence to the Israel Police Fraud Unit. Are you squirming yet, Vladil?
 
We recieved an order from Vlad on the 8th of December. We pulled the order because it really didnt look right. The next day we recieved a call from someone here in the states that found charges on his card that he had not authorized.This all happend before we cancelled the order. So it sounds like Vlad is yet to change his ways.

Like I told you in the email I sent you Vlad, get a job you piece of sh!t!

Thank you. That might be the best way to get to the bottom of this. The knife community around the world can very much be like a family. This is a good start to the end of some abuse that will not be tollerated. Whoever has been pulling this stunt has hurt some folks as far as their business goes.

And I do have the originals of those emails and printed copies plus the headers. I notice you no longer use Netvision, maybe because I told them and gave them proof you are a thief, using your own words. Bet they sent the info to Israeli Security Police!

People, plain and simple, if you send Vlad anything and he pays with a CC you have lost your items AND will have to pay back the CC charge.

Oh BTW Vlad, I am still here, you didn't put me out of business, it was a close thing. But even taking me for almost $3000 of knives plus the chargebacks can't keep me down! I won't be happy again until I hear you have gotten what you deserve.
