I already have the Benchmade 755 MPR, Spyderco Techno and Boker Albatros. They fit nicely in my change pocket, beefy and practical.

What else is out there with similar specs: blade length of under 3" (75mm) and blade thickness of 0.156" (4mm) or better?

boker chad los bonos (the name may be wrong i havent seen it in a while) it is a bit of a cheaper knife but it is a high value knife as well

Forgot to mention that I have a couple of other Bokers but their blade thicknesses just aren't there and the blade lengths are too short. More for just straight cutting.

Boker Plus Orange Nano (Curtiss) Specifications:
Overall Length: 4.75"
Blade Length: 1.875"
Blade Thickness: 0.12"
Blade Steel: 440C

Al Mar SLB

O.A.L.: 4.6"
BLADE LENGTH: 1.75"
BLADE THICKNESS: .10" <= seems thick enough for me - think weight
STEEL: AUS 8. Rc 57-59
SCALES: Black Linen Micarta
WEIGHT: 1.5 oz.
ACTION: Liner Lock
CLIP: Black, S/S

one of my favorite knives is the pipsqueak. its feels amazing in hand, it has a fixed blade feel to it which is crazy for such a short knife. Id post pics of mine but its out getting pimped by ryanv403 :) eventually Id love to get a Neil blackwood custom pimpsqueak his LSD wash looks so sick. also the hollow ground recurve is beast at cutting/slicing

Thanks. Weight is not an issue.

The blade is too short and too thin on the Al Mar SLB (Stout-Little-Backup). It's more within the specs of my Boker Plus Orange Nano (Curtiss) and Boker Plus CLB Subcom 42 Titanium (Chad Los Banos) mentioned in post# 8.

That Blackwood LSD Washed Pimpsqueak does look sick and even psychedelic! :)

So, I gather then that you're totally satisfied with the quality and functionality of the Boker Pipsqueak?

when the pipsqueak is in my possession it knocks all other knives out of my pocket. it beats out all my spydies/kershaws/benchmades and even my sebenza, so yeah totally satisfied :D ergos are incredible, full Ti frame with micarta scale locks up perfect, s35vn steel is great, and like I said before that recurve makes butter of everything it touches

Great and thanks. Found one at a good price with one in stock so hopefully it's really in stock!

The Biker Haddock is a 3.2"er with .194" of N690. Its got a nail nick, too. Different, but definitely overbuilt.

Too thin for what? You've been compiling a list of beefy folders and now stubby folders. You are rejecting some and accepting others. What are you going to use them for?
