stypecl is still logging on reguarly EVERYDAY at around 8pm... still no response to email, visitor messages or threads.

not to my knowledge, i pm'ed several people and they either sent payment and are the same boat as myself ORRR they never sent payment and withdrew their offers due to zero followup/zero communication :thumbdn:
 
I too have been waiting almost two weeks - for the Manix 2 in S90V. I paid with regular PayPal so hopefully if this is really a scam I will get my money back. I did receive a PayPal email stating that the item was to be shipped and there was a delivery confirmation number. The number seemed to have too many numerals in it also - anyway it hasn't been picked up by the USPS. I also sent him a PM the other day and have received no response. I'm going to send him another one and let him know about this thread. If I receive no response, then I'm filing a claim with PayPal. I've got $260 on the line. Have the moderators been informed? Mike

I would suggest anyone who can file a dispute with paypal.
 
Have you contacted anyone else in that thread to see if they got their knives? I noticed that at least 5-6 people bought something.

mods have been informed. i have personally emailed mike, esav and glockman regarding the matter. i believe esav emailed him and requested he respond to this thread... so far we've seen goose egg! :thumbdn:

i've left him negative feedback already and i suggest everyone do the same and begin filing their paypal claims immediately. he had a week to respond to this thread and has been logging on regularly in the evening around 8pm PST. so far hes ignored all of our emails (including esavs), all of my visitor messages, and this whole thread.

i wouldnt wait any longer...

At this point, I would file theft charges against him if I were you.
 
Glockman99 - I'm filing a dispute with PayPal. If it comes to it, how does one file theft charges against someone in another state?

I doubt it. You know I almost purchased something from him too. He lives about 120 miles away...I hope the mods get involved here soon and ban him from the forums for being a detrement to the community. He deserves it.

It'd be worth getting dinged if it came to that. It's kind of a lousy situation to be thinking "I need to say this but it's not the ideal way to go about it" yet sometimes it's what you're left with. Not every scenario fits neatly within the rules. Sometimes you need to put the word out there whatever way you can to try to get a resolution or send out a warning to other folks. Nothing happens if you don't shake the tree, and this is a guy who needs the shaking.
