I think you might start with your local PD...They should be able to give you some good info.

I've tried contacting him a couple more times and have received no responses. I filed a dispute with PayPal a few days ago and he did not respond to that either. Today I upgraded the dispute to a claim - so we'll see what PayPal can do. Just because I hate being ripped off, I filed a claim with my local PD (they said I could) and a claim with the USPS for mail fraud. I tried finding a phone number for him without success. I wished he lived a little closer so we at least could have a face to face. Claims with the USPS can be filed on-line - www.usps.com/postalinspectors. I'll keep you posted but I expect it will be some time before I get any responses. Well....good luck to all of us. I should know better by now but it still blows my mind when someone can be this devious.
 
Hi fellas, Just to let you know.
I have ordered and paid (with PP) the Damascus Mule. But so far i get nothing from StypeCL,not even an answer to my mail. I have open a dispute through PP and if i get no answer i will go to a claim too.

I do have his name and address from a bogus PayPal shipment notice, if they are real, and as unethical as he has been, I'm not sure how ethical it would be to release that information to the internet. He owes me $260, so I do want him caught, stopped, and severely reprimanded (as well as my money back). Maybe some wisdom from a moderator?

His temporary ban will become permanent in 4 more days unless he gives us something to work with.

He can still read the forums and email anyone whose address is online. He can't email through Bladeforums.

Posting his name and address would be a good idea at this point. He simply is not responding and other members could use the protection of knowing.

im unaware of his address, maybe somebody can provide this info :thumbup:

its f-n crazy that he still logs in regularly every evening at around 8pm PST... and doesnt give a rats a** about responding to our emails, visitor messages or this thread!!!

Mr. Hendricks actually pretended to ship me the knife I was interested in and, on-line, pulled a USPS tracking number and informed PayPal of the impending shipment. He just never sent the knife. From this information I have a name and address (are they real?) I would think anyone engaged in this type of criminal activity would cover his tracks a bit better. I called information trying to find his phone number but the operator could not find one. If we had the resources and leverage, could his internet provider confirm his name and address?

This POS is worth a road trip to Phoenix. I have a close friend who is a LEO in the area, once someone posts this scumball's name and address I will see if he can "help".

He cannot access visitor messages. Do you have a live email address for him?
He hasn't responded to my 2 emails, so I don't know if his BF email is any good.
 
Maybe the emails are different, but he did get my money through PayPal when I sent it to the email address he supplied in his sales thread.

esav: can you check if he has multiple user names by ip address log ons?

I shall set the wheels in motion. You may have to follow up after I make contact, I am sure he will help get a good contact person to talk with about filing criminal charges.

Hopefully this POS will find it truly stupid should he end up in legal troubles over a few hundred bucks!!!
