What is the secret in unlocking? My thumb is hamburger. I am going lay this one down for a few days to give my thumb a rest. The locking lug is easy to push back???? I don't get it why is it so hard to unlock?. Yes, I have lots of liner locks and frame locks.
Aloha gull wing!
Boy, this SF is not leaving a good impression on ya is it?

Anyway, scott is correct regarding the closing aspect. I kept it texture free to prevent accidental closure...that always sucks that's why.

Okay, try flipping your SF so that the underside faces you. So in other words, turn it upside down. Now, assuming you are closing it right handed, simpy push the framelock bar to your left with your "hamburger thumb". Use your index finger to begin the closing process by placing it on the blade spine and well, you know the rest.
I have found that people who have trouble closing the SF, this method works well for them until they get the hang of closing it as any other frame/liner lock.
Hope this helped, and again, my apologies.
