Experimenting with the cast Iron griddle/ grillplate on the gas stop stove some with various veggies.

well, the verdict is in: cracked molar. my first root canal is in my future. o_O

I ATE SOMETHING THAT REQUIRED CHEWING LAST NIGHT!!!

Slammin' bowl of beef Pho from a little joint in Westerly we'd never been to before.
My molar was cracked also. The dentist was commenting to his assistant while drilling it out, "That nerve must have been really bad exposed like that." You think? One month later, enjoying the absence of it all!

that happened to SWMBO a month or so back -- she told me it had happened a couple weeks before and she just slid it back on, but this time she was on the turnpike and there was no going back for it. SMH...

Thanks guys. Personally, I don't think I have it. He thought my facial expressions weren't quite right, plus my shaking. He does know I have arthritis, tendinosis, and tendonitis, but he wanted to send me to the neurologist to make sure.

Man, I hope everything turns out ok Dubz. My dad has Parkinson’s, but he controls a lot of it with daily exercise. Especially, his shakes and his slow-to-start-walking.

Thanks man. I feel like I'm falling apart. I've never really felt 'normal' since getting covid in 2020. I was strong as an ox before that.

TIL: they used to make a Winchester 1892 lever gun with bayonet mount for big game hunters and the French Cavalry.
they used to make a lot of old cool rifles in cool calibers too
these days, while there are some exotics, most of it is pretty average meh :)

Made a quaich out of stainless sheet metal
5" diameter, 1.5" deep, blackened inside with beeswax in case it's a 300 series nickel bearing steel. pictured with the 2 from this spring for scale - this one holds up to 8 oz. The smaller one on the right holds 2 - and weighs a chunk more
