Summer snark !

Saturday was annual steam shutdown 18 hours to fix things that need to have steam down over 5 city blocks of buildings . Run my butt of dealing with glitches last night still dealing with it tonight :(

One of the reasons I work midnights >
During nights the nursing pool supervisors are who I answer too . After the steam shutdown we were having an issue with operating room temperature. I was walking with the nursing supervisor going back to my shop when the director of the operating rooms called her she told the director that her maintenance men were working on it , they haven’t told me it’s time to panic so we are good 😊 I figured out how to force the heating water to work about 10 minutes later

Went to a new doctor yesterday . The physicians assistant Was going through the standard questions. When she got to are you being harassed threatened or being abused. She looks me up and down and goes. Yeah I don’t see that happening. :) :)

Just before my surgery both of my big mowers went down my gravely has a PTO issues and my old craftsman garden tractor lost deck belt. With help of a Neighbor we replaced all three belts get on it and the electric PTO clutch wouldn’t engage :(
This morning I got out my multimeter and started checking checking the electrical system . I figured out it wasn’t getting 12 volts to the clutch. I wired around a couple things and put 12 volts directly from the battery. And was able to mow the back yard. I dug around my parts then ordered a toggle switch to make a more permanent repair :)

Three cortisone shots in my hip , moving around a little better . A cabin hours away with be useless for me as I absolutely detest driving.

SWMBO volunteered me to help a coworker's hubby finish assembling a steel shed kit - I was told the walls are up, it just needs the roof.
it needed the gables & rafters, the base wasn't level or square or anchored to the ground -- and it was 80 miles from home.
I spent 5+ hours there yesterday which was enough to get 3 pieces of roof on.
I was back at 10 this morning and we finished getting the roof on at 4.
the guy even went inside "for a glass of water" at 2 and ate lunch without offering me anything but a bag of chips.
He did at least give me some gas and toll $$$ for the 6 hours I spent driving back and forth and $10 so I could grab a snack on the way home...

SWMBO has apologized several times.

Sone people just don't "life" well.

Haha, that stump and buggy make each other look HUGE!

After a week of ongoing dental emergency, I'm on the mend.
10 days on a liquid diet of about 1000cal/day certainly makes short work of a stubborn 5lb.
I can't wait to chew again.
