I think I speak for the Community when I say that we are so sorry. Please don't take all 1460 days (or 1461 days if it was a leap year) if Sebenza experience and leave. There are only like 25 members to begin with and we can't afford to lose 1/25th of the Community. You might be the only Triple M here.

I for one am amazed at how proud this guy is that his dad buys him things. I'd be a little embarrassed but you wear it with pride, bless your heart.

Got to give it to you there. I'm a grown man and I don't have a 14 year old car OR a busted ass Sebenza.
lol I've got 4 sebenza and my 03 cobra got 50k miles go look up a 03 cobra and come back to me cause you must not know what that is lol

Four including the one you got from me? Or four plus the one you got from me, so five?

Either way I'm impressed.

I took it apart to clean it thats all.

^ I'm only on post #4 (yours). It appears to me, that with this admission, you just bought this knife!

I've had sebenzas since i was 14 and I'm 18 now i know how to clean a sebenza.

After calling it in the sale thread he asks me via PM to come down on the price. "will you take 270? if not whats the lowest you'll take? I'm asking this cause idk how dull then knife is."

I should have know right then he was going to be a problem but I responded with: " It is hair popping sharp, it just needs to be stropped in my opinion. Since I'm not keeping it though I'm not going to mess with it.

All that being said. I'd take $290 and I can ship it first thing tomorrow.

$290?

I'm sorry you're having to deal with this unnecessary BS, Andrew.

I know you probably don't want to read this, but I came very close to taking your Sebbie; thinking I would use this one for a custom project I've been planning. It would've saved you from this massive headache, that you're having to deal with now (and I still have a lot of reading left to do).

I hope you don't run into any more problems, on that great deal you sold your 25 for!

Good luck working this one out!

We got it little guy your epeen and hot rod cred is awesome. 50,000 miles no way girls must be lining up for a ride huh? Remember when negotiating a deal with one of them don't lowball for 10 bucks off because she's a little rusty.

Hard to sit by idly while reading through this train wreck!

First of all to this young man, I am fairly certain that every one who has been posting on this thread is considered your senior, therefore try to be respectful and also LISTEN!

Kudos to you to have developed such a passion for fine knives and other hobbies from eras gone by while other juveniles in early teens are into other contemporaneous hobbies which happen to be alien to older folks like me. That said, you are at the disadvantage of being very young therefore you MUST earn the respect of those who are clearly not in your peer group. Your behavior has been anything but!

Lastly, curiosity is a wonderful thing and if you have the zeal for working with your hands, dismantling, fixing and reassembling things, back that trait up by owning your mistake. You clearly voided your inspection courtesy and privilege when you opened up the seller's knife. Whether he misrepresented or not, your decision at that point to go your certain way absolved his liability.

I hope you hear me.

John,
I appreciate the concern but had you bought it I and the rest of us wouldn't be having so much fun this evening so, I'm sorta okay with it. :)
