Bad Survive! Deserves A Permanent Post In The Hall Of Shame

Honestly though, can it really be that much? I bet it is just enough to keep the scam going. They're like drug dealers only selling to fund their own habit. At the end they'll have nothing to show for it.
yeah. I can see that.

some people though do things like this for the rush of knowing that they got over on someone. if there's cash involved it takes a back seat.

Sociopathic narcissistic and to a lesser extent psychopathic personalities. I've known and cut ties with people like this in my short time in this realm.

Are you suggesting they use randomized order numbers on their website?

Oops, you're doing it again. You know? That thing where you make a statement or ask a question, attempting to call someone else's (critical to S?K) comment into question. It's almost as though you're once again defending known scumbag Ellie and known scumbag Guy's Ponzi shop operation...a shoperation, if you will.

I know. I just don't see how order numbers are suspect or a lie. To proclaim as much then the implication there is that they're doctoring the order number system on purpose in order to deceive people somehow.

It's ok, we are all aware that you tend to "just not see" anything that brings known scumbags Ellie and Guy's fraudulent business practices into any clarity.

I really hate that SK's business turned into this fiasco. I have two seconds, an old model 4.1 and a new model 7.7, that are very nice. I only waited a month or two for them. I realize now they sell "seconds" while people languish for years awaiting the same model. That's wrong. They make a good knife and the sheaths are top notch. I wish they were cranking them out for those who've ordered and waited. BTW, man, is this an old thread!

No it's just a continuation of all the other threads highlighting Survive! Knives dishonest business practices.

Was Survive! Knives business model ever any good? Seems they had problems and blamed others from day 1.

From Guy, describing his former "business partner" in 2013...

"...Long story short, in spite of their slick talking and big promises, their mistakes and instances of self dealing eventually just became too obvious to hide from me. None of their answers or explanations made sense and they had no plan to fix it, other than going into more debt and attempting to force dealers and valued customers to immediately pay for future products, that were nowhere near completion..."

I don’t know how S!K can sleep at night knowing they are screwing over 7 year old orders. I guarantee the resulting knife isn’t worth the wait.

Survive lives up to their name- like a bunch of cockroaches they seem to be able to withstand just about anything. Friggin’ weasels.
Most con artists are sociopaths. I expect that they sleep rather well.

That’s a real insult to weasels…and cockroaches…

People need to keep in mind that the people running the Ponzi scheme called Survive knives are doing what they're doing with deliberation and malice. Unlike the weasel or even the cockroach, they‘re not acting on primal urges and their own biological attributes. They’re liars and thieves who are knowingly conducting a criminal enterprise.

I watched a thing recently talking about a company called Artesian Builds, it was a custom PC maker, who ran their business like Guy but made some more public mistakes that killed any chance of good will from the community. This business is no more but they screwed their customers and were always chasing new orders to complete old orders.

I like the William Collins AK Scout Knife. AEB-L or Nitro V 5/32 and 5 inch blade with a 90 deg spine. It is such a good blade I got 2 just in case. If you like a spear point the LT Wright Genesis in all configs are great knives and the 3V or AEB-L hold up well. Heck I like A2 over the Survive 3V that takes over 6 years to make. Trust me when I say AEB-L is just as tough as 3V in real use. The stability of the edge is great and it is a 9 out of 10 in toughness when the heat treat is right. This is the person that made me say I don't need 3V in any situation. Think of A2 or 52100 in toughness that is stainless and sharpens like O1. https://www.greatnorthernknives.com...e-Green-Suretouch-tm-Satin-Nitro-V-p417356467

William Collins AK Scout Knife.
I bet William “Bootsy” Collins makes one funky knife.

So it looks like Survive! doesn't even have time to update their production schedule. They've been updating it monthly around the first week or so and haven't done so this month.

Maybe it's because they're so busy making and shipping knives? 🤪

Every accusation is a confession…
