I would have taken this approach. Make those legacy orders a priority. Put them to bed and move on.All this stuff is meaningless until the people who’ve been waiting years get their friggin knives. No one should be giving these guys business until they make good on past promises.
I'm curious what type of knives people are still waiting on and what's the actual hold-up. Is it an older design that they're unable to machine? A material that's no longer available?
They might say these people have waited 6 years so what's a few more years longer. They may continue to patiently wait, but they could also cancel their orders and email/text/call Survive and take up their time. The juice doesn't seem worth the squeeze.
