Bad Survive! Deserves A Permanent Post In The Hall Of Shame

Do you know the entire history of the company that makes your toothbrush? Your trash bags? The carpet in your home? Do you do this much soul searching with all your purchases? Or do you just buy products you deem to be quality and/or of value without worrying about what’s going on with the entirety of their business practices?
Nope, but once you’re aware of something you’re cursed by knowledge and should act according to your conscience. You can’t claim ignorance about S!K if you’re posting here.

I don’t claim ignorance. My conscience said “I want that knife, i like that knife, I’ll use purchase protection just in case.” And guess what… it worked. I have nothing to do with anything SK! Has done to anyone other than me. You can insist that isn’t true… but it is.

Your money pays their bills, right?
‘nough said.

No clue what they did with my money. They may very well have used it to produce more knives to fill other orders. Is that not what we all want? If SK! Closed right now… none of them would get squat.

A good working definition of troll is "someone who constantly diverts the conversation from the subject (Survive knives), to arguments about unrelated matters that the troll brings up."

Another is "someone who constantly seeks to get a rise out of discussion participants rather than discussing the subject."
Agreed. Like personal attacks on members that disagree with the crowd. That’s pretty unrelated and diverts the conversation pretty regularly.

For hobbyist type purchases 100% only support deserving companies with my money. I'm sure you don't want to hear that but we do exist.
When other companies do horrible crap that I know about I also avoid supporting them as well. Unknowingly supporting evil is different than knowingly supporting it.
Did you ever have to preorder a tooth brush or trash bag, then wait 7+ years hoping you actually get it? I mean, it's a really NICE trash bag! High quality refuse removal apparatus totally worth the 7+ year wait!!!
That is not acceptable no matter how you spin it. PT Barnum called it bro. You were the sucker born that minute!

You buy any products made in China using child labor paying slave wages? I bet you do. I bet it would only take you 30 seconds to find out. But ya don’t. Save your selective moral outrage for someone else.

I do so as little as possible. It's obvious that you don't care so save your unjustified self righteous crap for someone as gullible as you. You openly admit to giving your money to ponzi scammers knowing fully what they've done and that others are 7 years waiting still. Who in their right mind makes decisions like that?

So child abuse gets a pass on some products. But failure to fill orders with knives is the unforgivable sin? Got it.

Lol you're the one bringing it up. I already said I avoid supporting any company that is evil. I make much more of an effort than you do apparently. You don't seem to care in the least. This is a knife forum. Discussing all the other stuff is irrelevant to the topic anyway.

I don’t draw an imaginary and hypocritical moral line in the sand just because it’s a knife. Buying one product from companies with well documented human rights violations, then acting so noble and honorable taking my stand on a knife manufacturer,

And I agree it’s not on topic. But you guys insist on playing this high and mighty moral card to trash anyone that disagrees with you. So I’m gonna point out your hypocrisy.

Hypocrisy is that you are knowingly supporting scammers. Saying other companies do worse doesn't justify their shitty practices. Even saying other people do worse than you (whether or not it's true) doesn't justify your own bad behavior.
And again... Knife forum... Community... We are looking out for each other here. The official BF opinion is that S!K is a crap company and the collective of the userbase agreed. You and 1 other turd are the only ones that can't seem to understand. You did read the thread right? 2 mods even weighed in on it just today.

Ah, the selective morality is justified because it’s a knife forum. Gotcha. Don’t sprain something patting yourself on the back.

Consider that then other people wouldn’t be getting scammed. You really believe the narrative Guy is spinning; he’s on top of this, glitch in the system, never happen again.

Instead consider that even with all the “progress” S!K has made, they’re still not delivering on long over due promises. We have no evidence that the situation has actually changed.

Your Wish.com knockoff Boba Fett helmet must be too tight. You may want to actually look up "hypocrisy", because you're using it wrong here, and it's pretty funny. You continue to fail to comprehend that we aren't talking about necessary mass-produced consumer goods, but small batch, ordered luxury goods. There are choices, and it's clear that you make bad ones. If you don't care where something comes from, or who makes it, that's fine. That's on you. Unfortunately for you, all that does is speak to your lack of moral character, and we can all see it. These weak counterarguments you keep trying to come up with serve no other purpose than telling us what sort of person you are.
