Bad Survive! Deserves A Permanent Post In The Hall Of Shame

And people are obviously still ordering from them because about 10 minutes ago you could still select magnacut from their order page and now you cant…
Don't worry, when you don't ship many orders out it tends to open up fast. Gotta make it look good with added realism.

Wow, I know you're kicked from this thread, but you brought it on yourself. However, take this response with you. Blues Blues is the last guy to play that game. He will give a guy an entire shipyard full of rope before finally kicking the stool away, shaking his head the whole time. Now, Boru13 Boru13 on the other hand isn't a person so much as he is something that happens to you. An event, like unpaid back taxes coming due, or a hurricane, or getting attacked by a snow leopard. Dude will banhammer your face as soon as he gets a whiff of sass. He wakes up every day and chooses violence. Probably something to remember for your future participation activities before making assertions like this again. 🤷
Oh great, so I've been getting Boru13 Boru13 'd lately in life? Thanks a lot Carl!

This morning I received an email from Survive that they have put 5.1’s on the website. The people waiting years for a 3v 5.1 are once again pushed back while some random person could buy it and have it shortly.

These MFs!!! Putting emails out for factory seconds on 5.1s in Magnacut or 3V. Its been almost 15 months since I gave them one too many benefits of the doubt and ordered a 3V 5.1. Its been over 3 months since I asked for a refund. Screen shot from an email today…

This is what I previously said they'd be doing - if they are not offering these seconds to people who have been waiting months or years first, then most of us would interpret that to be criminal.

At least with a Ponzi scheme the old orders would be getting fulfilled by the money from new orders, and new orders would have to wait until future orders were paid, before they could be fulfilled.

Heh, not a chance. But I'm sure "Jon" is hard at work hammering out knives for that decade of backorders as we speak, really turning the ship around, you'll see!!

[Three months go by]

"We were going to be caught up, but work done by new co-owner and partner Jon YouBoober wasn't up to our standards, so we had to let him go. Now, all of the knives he worked on will need to be remade, and so we're going to have a short delay in getting you your order, and we're so grateful for your patience and continued support!"

- Guy, probably

Nailed it - I wont take bets against your prediction.

I will be shocked if Jon HeavySetTactical is still there in a year. And I am STILL waiting for S!K to say something official about Jon being a partner in the business. He said that he is a partner in a video, and he is making videos on the S!K YT channel, but they have not said anything official yet...

It would absolutely not surprise me if they were trying to keep it as quiet as possible, so they could have this new guy start reaching out to the suppliers they've run off with their scumbaggery, so he can attempt to source steels and materials for them.

I like how your mind works. That didn't even cross mine.

Bingo. I was thinking the same thing.

you actively advocate for people to not purchase instock knives from them or from other sources where the knives are available for sale. You want this company to fail and close its doors. There's no other reason you would want people not to purchase instock knives from them.
I know this guy is thread banned but in light of more in stock factory seconds
being sold, I'd like to add to why we do not advocate anyone buying in stock knives from Survive.

Survive making, selling, and delivering instock knives is part of the scam. It gives them an air of legitimacy. Shills can point to it and say, see, they're delivering, or they're turning it around. No, guy just needs money because he's blown through the preorder cash and he has to deliver something to justify the next preorder.

Instock knives are part of the long con, and if you don't see that, you're the mark.

Don't give a proven con artist your money, for any reason, full stop.

Add, and since Jon's work isn't up to our standards, we won't ship the knives he worked on to those that bought them, but we will offer them up for sale as "ugly jons". Delivery in 1 to 59 weeks.

This. 100% this!

And the fact that they are currently selling "seconds" shows that Jon HeavySetTactical is now part of the scam.

So they stopped taking pre-orders and have to make money somehow to keep the lights on. Fulfilling years old, already paid orders doesn't make any money, and the EDC-4's that are "in stock" must not be selling too well, so make some GSO 5.1 "factory seconds" to sell to get some money. That's how it looks to me. If Guy/Jon want to dispute my theory, post some real order numbers and proof of shipping said orders, because trust is hard to regain after they screwed over so many people (myself included).

What, a few youboober reviews and a couple of shills strolling in here isn't enough for you?

Hopefully it ends with the attempt.
