I mean...he kinda did get away with it. Dude didn't do a single day in jail, or make whole any of the people who were scammed and promised knives that would never be delivered, sooooo....I saw the writing on the wall from day one. It always seemed like there was something fishy going on. Maybe this new company had all the right intentions, but something in the back of my mind urged caution. They really needed to have move as far away as possible to Survive! knives and its scam reputation. Guy burned way too many people for far, far too long a time, and the sad truth is he's probably going to get away with it. Everything about that brand needs to just die, needs to be deeply buried and never, ever again resurrected. If there's one thing I learned from this tragedy, is never, ever order a knife at full price (a small deposit is fine), especially from a manufacturer or maker with a reputation of super long (sometimes indefinate) wait times.
Dudebro grabbed his bag, packed his stuff, and left, letting the creditors fight over what was left.
