Yes, the 4.1 would be a better comparison. The SOB's extra blade-length is lost to the "elf-choil" (excessive just for sharpening, too small for choking). The SOB does have a longer handle with a wider profile, so it may be more comfortable and easy to control the the GSO-4.1 (esp. with the flare at the heel of the GSO handle). The SOB's drop-point is less pronounced, leaving it a better piercing tip. And Busse offers an excellent warranty...
But I haven't read about how thin the edge-geometry of the SOB is, possibly much thicker than the 4.1. And while CPM-3V may be less tough than INFI, it is certainly no slouch and offers higher wear-resistance as well (though is a little harder to sharpen).
Comparing the two without owning this Busse, I'd definitely call the GSO superior, especially if it has better cutting geometry. BUT keep in mind he importance of ergonomics - if the SOB handle suits your hand better, it'd see more use than the GSO. Personally, I prefer the GSO to this Busse, but I still prefer my Swamp Rat HRLM to the GSO-4.1. My $0.02
