I’m sure Mr Hibben has contributed more than we know to the development of fantasy knives.. He’s definitely been the alpha of Mall knife store display cases since the 80’s. The undisputed king of concept tacticool.

I would say somewhere between mayonnaise and marshmallow.
The fact is that many of Gil's designs look awesome on your mancave wall (which is about the only place they belong, however).
I don't know if this one has been mentioned, I did a search but didn't see it. I just stumbled upon it today while researching a knife. I'd call it "survival/tacticlol". It's the X-9 Para-Bow. The folding knife forms the handle of some kind of slingshot crossbow. The knife is detachable.
It reminded me of this Aitor brand knife with a scabbard that converts into a crossbow.
