The “Can’t leave anything alone” Thread

I can't compete with the modders on here but I do a lot of modding to my own knives.

Here's my Vic Rambler on my keys.

I made custom scale material from canvas micarta, blue liner material, and crushed mammoth bones in resin. I then made the scales from that.
Solid brass liners and pins.

Acid washed and stone washed all the tools and the knife, even the springs so it all matches.

MORE! Please. There's a lot of people who couldn't have pulled off what you have there. I sure as heck couldn't have. From the size of it being problematic to the textures and materials you chose, that's no easy accomplishment! Well done!

Thank you sir. I found out Schrade made a very similar knife back in the day. Made in USA. I bought two of them and will customize both. Here’s a different take on why I can’t stand black knives these days. Emerson converted to jade g10 scales and all silver hardware. 90241606-7470-4F62-A526-60FD1C212A3E.jpeg638E208B-577D-466C-B75C-5BCD4A86AA4E.jpegCB646A95-8F49-4E94-86E3-D14182BAC0C9.jpeg90241606-7470-4F62-A526-60FD1C212A3E.jpeg 638E208B-577D-466C-B75C-5BCD4A86AA4E.jpegCB646A95-8F49-4E94-86E3-D14182BAC0C9.jpeg

I was thinking the same thing when I saw those. Got to be lots of places to stow such a small fire starter.
