Thank you Sir! I took a little extra time with it and it payed off. Im very happy with it! I just made a bead to match it last night..
Edit: I didnt make the bead, I just moded it with epoxy fill

Just be careful, the're really brittle...I almost got one stuck in my hole!

The blade and cutting edge are both 4" (no legal problem here in Canada), and I also shortened the sheath and replaced the eyelets with larger ones so I can have more versatile attachment options. I am thinking of making a white Kydex pancake sheath for it too, but that is not a priority. Now I can carry this knife IWB comfortably.

Hated the sheath on the ESEE Junglas so I made another one.

Old Imperial I bought and replaced the scales with some customs that I made, and added new brass liners.

Heck no! keep it coming! You are a very talented individual and its really cool to see your ideas come together!
Amazing work! That liner material is a PITA to deal with sometimes, it wants to float out of the area you try and put it in lol. It turned out so good on that folder!
Here is a fixed blade that I was making and using the same liner material with. I now sand it with a rough sandpaper and acetone it before I glue it or else it just gives me the middle finger...

I do essentially the same thing. I rough it up with 36, 50, or 80 grit depending on how big the piece is. Clean with acetone, take a deep breath and try to get it all epoxied together.
