I think it would be interesting to give them a chance and see how they do, especially if the price was decent.Personally, I would be pretty interested in a Bear & Son forum knife, because that raises the chances of a stainless steel knife that I can actually carry without it rusting. It could be a fun user.
Can we all just shut up and agree that we’d like a knife more than an axe?
(great, someone is gonna chime in and say “now that you mention a BF axe…”)
I second this , this would be awesome!I'd love to see a 2024DFBF knife (edit typo) in the style of the Waynorth Real Lambsfoot, in smooth white bone.

What better to bring in the younger generation than a mostly affordable, but slightly deluxe, camp/scout knife? Something in the $60-70 range to keep the overall cost down? A nice four-blader with a bail...
Good to get the kids interested in camping/outdoors.
dittoTo avoid being snarky, I will simply say that idea sounds amazing. If you know of any makers capable of delivering such a knife, I would be very interested as well.
I'm glad to hear that everyone agrees that the 2024 BF knie will be a SPF Victorinox. That was easy.
It probably isn't possible for a US manufacturer. But with what Rosecraft and the Rough Ryder Reserve series have been putting out at that price range, a Chinese made knife could probably hit those marks. It's a shame how expensive quality US cutlery has gotten. To avoid being snarky, I will simply say that idea sounds amazing. If you know of any makers capable of delivering such a knife, I would be very interested as well.
Not to to go off topic but I’m a member of a Facebook Victorinox group and it was announced Victorinox will not be doing any more club knives.I agree! the 2024 BF Knie should be a Victorinox.
