Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
Q for fellow #notnathans who pay closer attention:
Are there going to be more of the EDC1.2 pattern to be offered in the upcoming Fridays’ Sales beyond today’s or did Nathan just bundle everything up in this pre-order to be able to move on with CPK’s other projects? If Nathan has already answered this, I must have missed it!

... I was not expecting demand to remain so strong...
You should not underestimate the collective power of the CoCKs, we always win, pelase remember that when you plan for the chopperThis pre-order is now closed.
It is my intention to leave this open for the weekend
What would you like to know?I should start a Nathan asks a question thread
Hi Nathan,
The 2024 EDC (v1.2) specs shows .135" thick at ricasso which is the same as the original EDC1 = .135".
The EDC2 spec is .145" thick at ricasso.
Have you gone back to machining slightly thicker scales for the new 2024 EDC series? (Like the ones that came with the original EDC1)
Or are you staying with same thickness for the new (v1.2) scales as you had on the later EDC2/EDC3 versions?
It is better to not wait for her to send you an email. You should send her an email with the information below:When can we expect email invoices for edc pre order? Thanks
It is better to not wait for her to send you an email. You should send her an email with the information below:
"post in this thread first and then send an email to Jo at jocarothers (at) gmail (dot) com with this subject line: "EDC preorder" and include your post# in that subject line.
Please include the following information in your email:
1: Your post number on this pre-order thread.
2: Bladeforums name. (for example "Jo the Machinist")
3: Real Name.
4: PayPal email address so we can send a paypal invoice (or ask about other payment options)
5: Shipping address.
6: Any special instructions.
Once we receive this information, if everything is there, Jo will send you a PayPal invoice. If information is missing or you have additional questions, Jo will reply to your email. When your email is read and processed we will send you a reply letting you know we've received your information."
If you have already sent your email and you are waiting for the invoice. She will send you an invoice at some point in the next few weeks as she is processing the orders.
If it has been several weeks it's possible something might be lost in spam and you should try to touch base with her again.
She is kind of slow doing this invoicing because there are a lot, the process is complicated, and she's also assembling and shipping knives. So it can take a little while.
...
She is kind of slow...

It ain't poaching if it was an accident...
Years back I was bowhunting for deer at a ranch in Texas. A truck pulls up with a ranch-hand who jumps out exclaiming he just got a trophy javelina. He drops the tailgate to show it off and the ranch owner asked what he got it with. The hand says “A 350”. Another guy questioned him”a 350?”. The ranch hand starts laughing saying “hell yes- a Chevy 350”. Good bumper/grill guards are awesome.Dinner
